Haunted by a tragic accident from her past, Lyla returns to her home town on the Fourth of July for one final visit. But when a mysterious light over the Ottertail River gives her an impossible task—steal the town’s fireworks or face destruction—she must confront her own guilt to save the community she tried to leave behind.
